I ordered a travel bag November 30th. All info for delivery came from the online shopping company. Tracking info was two weeks behind. I got a notice Dec 1st that my shipment was on its way. Then I got an email on December 15 asking me what I thought of my product.
No answers from the travel bag company nor the online shopping company re: the delivery company. No photos nor tags to indicate item was delivered. I work from home, so I'm 10 feet from my door for large swaths of the day.
Who is the point person for issues such as this?
