Respected sir/madam 

I have ordered a product and paid for it but 6 months have passed and till now I have not received my product. I want to write directly to customer support or i need a email address of shopify or customer support to write them directly about my matter. I have tried to contact them earlier but no serious interest is being taken. Please help me in this matter. Thanks. God bless you all.

I definitely understand where you're coming from regarding an order that you placed online and would be happy to share some insight on how we can help. 

 

As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. If however, you placed an order online, I'd encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to proceed. 

 

If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order and have not received a response, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved. 

 

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

I am Sajid Khan from Mumbai city India and I have written everything about
my product earlier but no serious interest has been taken. I ordered a
product on your site and six months have passed but not yet delivered to
me. Now you are writing it's not your responsibility. Come on dont talk or
give **bleep** excuses. I don't know that merchant. I know you. I ordered a
product on your sitye and it's your responsibility to check out the
delivery. I book a product on your site and not directly on merchants site.
You are proving your site as a careless and fraud business site, that is
why you don't have a direct email address to contact and customer support
directly to write them.
Your site is a fraud and careless site. I did a huge mistake to buy
anything here on your site. I didn't knew about your fraud site. Now i came
to know.
