I understand how frustrating it can be to have not received the item you have paid for, and I would be happy to provide you with the next steps to take in this matter.
For some context, Shopify is a service that helps merchants set up their own, branded online store – however we do not have any involvement with the processing or shipping of orders. Nor do we handle the payments or refunds either.
If you haven't already, I would recommend trying to reach out to the seller directly for an update on your order. While the store is currently showing as unavailable, there could be several reasons behind this and may only be temporary. Have you made any attempts to reach out to the seller or reply to any emails they've sent you if they have? How long ago did you place this order?
If more than 30 days have passed, and you can neither get in touch with the seller nor have had any updates, the next step is to contact your bank. Some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation. I recommend reading this article here that explains how to request help at the main banks or with your card provider.
We recognize that as a customer, it is crucial for you to feel confident that you are dealing with a trustworthy and legitimate company when making online purchases. To ensure this, we recommend that you review the "About Us" section of any online store you plan to buy from, as well as check for means of contact such as email, telephone, and physical address. Additionally, it is important to verify that the store has a clear privacy and return policy. I hope that this gets resolved for you very soon!
