Proof of Address Requirement - Pending Payments since 10 days

Hi,

I live in Pakistan and registered LTD in the UK on my store name so I could use Shopify Payments. Similarly, I created a Payoneer account so the payments are transferred to the UK Barclays bank and I can withdraw to my local Pakistani bank.

Once, it was done I added 100+ products to my store, checked everything, and received 3 orders. Now the payments have been in pending status for 10 days. I can't see the payments being transferred to my Payoneer UK Bank. Due to all of this, I can't properly run campaigns to boost my sales, I have subscriptions for apps, and it is for no use as I can't promote my website due to pending payment issues. 

In the "Bell Icon" notification, it has asked me to submit my ID Front, Back, and Address verification which I have provided 4 times but after every other day, it notifies me back asking for "Owner Address Verification" either Electricity Bill, or Bank Statement. 

I already tried documents for example, my local Pakistani bank statement which has my current address, it didn't accept. After that I shared the PDF Email which I received from the "Company that listed my UK address", still Shopify didn't accept and asked for Address verification again the next day. I also shared the Screenshot of my Payoneer account which had my "UK Bank Account Number, Sort Code, and Beneficiary Name (mine)", still didn't get accepted. 

Let me remind you that, I also shared these issues in a live chat from time to time in the last 2 weeks with Shopify representatives. Please guide how this issue could be resolved or any other way around.

Please let me know:

1) Can I use Shopify Payments if my company is registered in UK whereas I live in Pakistan?

me ne Payoneer ko download kiya but ab wo link krny k liye bahar ka account mang rahy tu mjy kiya karna chahye ??

Mujhay bhe abhe tak payents receive nahin howay kyunkay shopify ko address verification mein bohat time lag raha hay. Menay sirf shopify payments use karnay kay liye majbooran UK mein company register ki hay warna pakistan mein payment gateways dropship model ko faciltate nahin kartay, menay kaafi logo say baat ki hay like paymob, paypro, Xstack waghera. Mein aik youtube link text bhejta hun wo ap daikhain wo helpful hoga liye helpful hoga kay kaisay aap kaisay set karsaktay hain legal tareeqay say. Lekin mujhay paisay abhe bhe pending status mein show horahay hain last 2 weeks say. Inkay support advisors say bhe baat ki, unho nay sirf kaha hay kay jub approve hoga tou email ajayegi aur agar pehli dafa payment release horahi hay tou Shopify walay 14 days laitay hain. 

Mein nahin chatha kay ghalat guidance na doon, koi nuqsaan na ho isliye mein help nahin karsakta. Albata yeh kay aap Youtube par "xeezone how to activate shopify payment" likhain  wo video daikhain . 22 minutes ki video hay
