Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
We've been experiencing issues with exporting shipping addresses to CSV, particularly for locations in South America. The problem is that the province changes to a different one than what is listed on the shipping address.
For example, 'QUE' changes to 'QRO.'
What could be causing this issue, and is there a way to fix it?
Hey @PetruWorks i think your issue is similar to the one asked in this previous post here https://community.shopify.com/c/fulfillment-and-inventory/customer-s-default-address-is-always-getti... so you should find some of the replies here useful.
Hi @PetruWorks,
Unfortunately, I can't directly help with the issue causing this problem. However, if you're open to using a third-party app, we could help you fix it. We've seen similar issues with other customers and have created predefined mappings that automatically change province or country codes.
With our app, DataChamp, you can easily create custom CSV reports of all your Shopify store data and automate the process as well.
If you decide to give our app a try, feel free to reach out to us at hello@datachamp.io, and we’ll assist you with the setup.
I hope this helps with your concern!
Best regards,
Marvin
