PSPs that can process AMEX in USD (I know that sounds weird, but you'll see what I mean)

Hello, hope all is well with you. I'm Emrah, an expat living in Turkey.

We (my wife and I) own a business that is registered in Turkey. We currently use a Turkish payment processor (PayTR) but it's horrible . Why? Because due to an AMEX rule, Turkish payment processors can process AMEX cards only in Turkish currency. This is fine is you're selling your product in Turkish money (I am not, I'm selling in USD). Also, I don't sell to anyone living in Turkey. I sell to every other country in the world (have sold to, through Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, and social media, to Bulgaria, Japan, the US, South Korea, Poland, Taiwan, Spain, Bahrain, Switzerland, Israel, France, Italy, among others). My point is, now that we have a website, I need payment processing that can process AMEX cards in currencies other than the Turkish lira -- USD, namely. But, as I said, that's not possible if you are working with a Turkish PSP.

What I wanted to ask is...do you know any good and trustworthy PSPs that can process AMEX in USD, and, preferably, e-wallet payments? I've gone through the suggested PSPs in Shopify, contacted them and am waiting for replies (most of them declined my website because of my revenue, but I still have others I'm waiting an answer from). Bottom line is, I'm looking for a more extensive payment processor that, minimally, can process Visa, MC, and AMEX, in USD. Optimally, in addition to be aforementioned, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and as many other digital payment systems as possible, including, but not limited to, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. And I need a PSP that offers all that with an easy-to-integrate Shopify API.

Asking for too much? I don't know -- maybe. I do know, though, any and all info/input/help will be much appreciated.
