Question for Australian dropshippers

Hello Australian Dropshippers,

Are there any Australia dropshippers (products from China) out there who have issues with Australia Post when it comes to tracking down orders ? I am at loggerheads with them over a couple of orders & because I am not the sender or the receiver, they hold back information due to privacy (which I understand by the way). I just need some advice on the best way to handle any issues. I have only been dropshipping for 5 months.
