Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I've run into some problems with my store. After running some ads and getting no conversions did some research.
Turns out that both ChatGPT and the Shopify AI bot said that the product is "out of stock", even though I've got plenty left in my inventory on Shopify.
I've tried adding the location, but no results.
Does anyone know what could've caused this, or how to fix it?
Hi @LinkanH,
Are you using any third-party apps to manage your inventory? When you have products with multiple inventory locations, Shopify’s inventory stock can get confused and show the wrong number of available items. If you’re experiencing sold-out items on your Shopify store, follow these steps in the guide to fix: Why do Shopify Products show Sold Out? Steps to resolve it

Yes!
I am currently using Autods, could that be an issue / the reason it isn't working?
Thanks for reaching me back, @LinkanH
Regardless of the third-party app you're using, the most common cause is related to the inventory location settings in Shopify stores. So please follow the step-by-step guide in the attached article above to resolve your issue 😉
