Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Below are my shipping settings I have set up in Shopify. The following is what customers see when trying to check out. I have no clue how to fix this. I am a drop shipper. The shipping costs are set by the vendor. hudjewelry.com
Hello, @vhuddleston sorry for all the frustration you might encounter in your Shopify store.
Where the issue is, is with the supplier of the product, I guess you're shipping globally? And that's not advisable because the supplier of the product is the one who will decide where the product will be shipped to.
I will advise you not to ship your product globally, know the country that is near the supplier country or know the country where they have a warehouse. This can be known under your product details.
And if you know that shipping globally is okay for you and you like it, you can contact the suppliers to know more details about their products and their warehouses.
If the suggestion is welcomed don't forget to LIKE and accept it as a SOLUTION.
Thanks..
@D-blaqfolawe09 Thank you for the reply. My vendor ships globally so that can't be it, can it? And the entered address is a US address and its a US vendor.
@vhuddleston maybe the customer enters an invalid zip code or there is a typo during the checkout. You should try again.
Thanks.
