Is there a way to edit the 'This order can't be shipped' notification. We run with local freight distributors and would like to have a personalised message to contact us in this space.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Could you give me a bit more info and context here, just so we're definitely referring to the correct piece of text in the relevant part of your store?
If you can let me know the specific messaging text you see and how and where it's triggered, that can help us to investigate this.
It is possible to change the wording used in themes using the Edit Language functionality in the Online store > Themes > Actions > Edit Languages menu in your Shopify admin.
I found some examples of very similar messages there about shipping not being possible for various reasons, so try searching in your own store for 'shipped' or similar wording to what you see on the screen there.
