Hi team,
While I was away over Christmas and New Year's - a customer of ours let me know that he was receiving "This store can't accept payments right now" message when trying to process orders.
No banking details have changed.
Please advise on how to solve this.

You'll need to reach out to Shopify's support directly, in order to troubleshoot this issue.
It's usually a case of Shopify needing to verify some information with you.
