"Tick a box" (when at the cart view) before continuing to chekout

Hi community! I´want to add a "tick a box" at the cart view at the bottom, before continuing to the checkout, which explains that "All prices and taxes during checkout are exclusive import duties and customs fees". I can´t find an option for creating this, or where I should do it. I have a Shopify Bacis account. Pleeeeease help!

You might need to customize your theme to achieve this. I found a few community threads that explain the necessary code changes "To add a checkbox on the cart page." Click here to visit the threads.
