Hi! Can you still recieve orders when your shopify sayments account is on hold?

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the messages you are seeing as that is super helpful! Looking into this, it looks like this is a standard review on the store and should be cleared up once the documents you have submitted have been reviewed. With that being said, when you have a hold on the Shopify Payments gateway this does not prevent your customers from making purchases from your online store.

Are you sure? Since it says "Your store can't accept new orders with shopify payements is making me very nervous. Thanks 😄
