Random Discover Card & Number On Checkout

Hi all. I had this happen to me on this one site maybe 4 weeks ago and now again on this store. It's a random Discover card with a random 4 digit ending. This would totally make me think there's something wrong with this store and a major security issue, leak, etc. 

My process both times were express checkout. The first time with PayPal and now tonight with GPay. After selecting those options this is what I see. Then the place order button. 

Has anybody reported this to Shopify or know what the heck it is? This could be killing client's conversion rates.
