Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
uptownie101.myshopify.com account is activate from Basic to premium plan on 14/1/21 after that Razorpay charged 2% instead of 1% for transaction fees

You will want to reach out to Razorpay support directly for further assistance on the fees they charge you. Only they will be able to look into why you were charged an incorrect transaction fee for using their service. You can connect with Razorpay support through their help center here.
