Hi, I don't have the Payout option on my Shopify payment page. please help.

Could you confirm for me where which payment gateway you're referring to, and where in the world your store is based?
If you're using Shopify Payments in a supported region, you can learn how to view your payout info here on our help site.
Based on the screenshot you have shared here, this appears to be of an alternative payment method, Paymentwall.
If you can confirm for me here where your store is based, we can check to see if Shopify Payments is available to you there and how you might be able to get it set up.
Can you tell me a bit more about your business, what you're selling, and who you're looking to sell to?
Would you be setting up a dropshipping store currently?

You can check out the full range of payment gateways available for use with your Shopify store in Nepal here.
If you're looking to market to the USA, I'd research those options to see if any of them can support sales in USD for your business based in Nepal.
Are you working with a print-on-demand service to print your own designs, or are you shipping existing t-shirts and garments?

Hi, my Shopify Payment was on HOLD 3 months ago. Since I haven't used my store. They emailed me to send my money on 30th August but I haven't received payout to my linked bank account.

In order to get more info on this process, I would advise you to reply to the email you have shared with us here in order to communicate with the relevant team in charge of this.
We would not be able to access or discuss account info here publicly, and for this kind of query, it would be necessary for you to work directly with the escalated team in question.
It may take a few days to hear back once you do get in touch by way of reply to that email, as these teams have longer turnaround times due to their workload and security requirements necessitating they work via email only.
This would be the best place to check for more info on the status of your payout!
