Bug with Canada Post Carrier shipping rates plugin

Did any of this get solved I have the same problem... I realize this is last year.

try it on a fake order to US only shows the 2 most expensive options (I want tracked pkt doesn't show)

try CDN order all is fine

Called Canada Post they are not very helpful as you need to logon to the developer site which for some reason I can't..
