RE: Label Creation Roadblock: Sendle Shipping Troubles

The packages I used to send without any issues in terms of size and weight are no longer able to have labels created and be shipped via Sendle after I adjusted the settings to change the pickup location address (Even for small-sized packages, a message saying "Sendle: The package exceeds the dimensions or weight restrictions for available mail services" appears, and I can't proceed to the next step).

Can you help me figure out how to fix this?

As Sendle is a third party shipping app, we Shopify Support Staff wouldn't be able to outline specifically why this issue is occurring with their label generation. It would be best for you to reach out to Sendle and their Support Team directly for assistance with resolving this issue. As they know their app best, they'll be able to look into what's changed, and determine the likely cause, be it a change made on Shopify, an issue with the API, or something inbetween.

I'm having the same issue! I have changed my box to be something else to check and still the same issue. I can't print labels I've bought! It started when the UI changed in the label buying process two days ago. Please help!

....sendle is like the shopify affiliated shipping option in Australia, I know its not the same company but it is heavily pushed and integrated by default for APAC users so I feel like shopify should lean into fixing this issue a little more than 'ask sendle'....Screen Shot 2024-05-12 at 9.59.09 PM.png

You are correct here in that Sendle is an external service to Shopify who dictate the package sizes their service can support.

 

I can share the following info on the accepted package sized provided by Sendle:

 

  • Box
  • 0kg - 0.25 kg
    Max L+W+H = 90cm
    Longest Side = 60cm

 

  • Soft Pack / Satchel
  • 0.25kg - 1.5 kg
    Max L+W+H = 90cm
    Longest Side = 60cm

 

  • Envelope
  • 1.6kg - 20 kg
    Max L+W+H = 150cm
    Longest Side = 105cm
