Order Fulfillment Error

Hello,

Whenever I click many orders to create shipping labels via shopify shipping there is an error message for only one of my hats " Order xxx doesn’t have items that need to be fulfilled" 

It only does this for one of my 3 hats

Hi, @JonnyDee!

It sounds like the one hat might not be marked as an item that requires shipping. When you go to Products and select the hat, scroll down to the Shipping section of the product details and make sure that the checkbox next to "This is a physical product" is selected.

This setting tells the system that the product requires shipping. Let me know if that helps!
