Receiving unsolicited Shop Pay codes on my phone: what should I do?

I have been receiving shop pay codes in my phone very often and I don't have an account with you, I just created this one to be able to post this. I tried contacting support but it's impossible, every category just gives me the option of "contact support" and sends me back to the category selection page. A F***ing trap to not offer support, thankfully I'm not a client of yours. If you are gonna offer me a contact for me to provide more info about this give me a help email, don't send me to the support page that is a trap.

PD: you don't accept jpeg or any image format as attachment to this post?? Smh

I am sorry to hear you are feeling trapped and not able to reach our live support team. I want to reassure you firstly that we always do offer 24/7 live support - There is a certian way to interact with the support portal in order to reach the live support options. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent. It is important to select these topics - not doing this will result in appearing to be "stuck in a loop". 

Now as for the Shop Pay Codes - this can happen when someone is inputting a phone number incorrectly when trying to checkout using Shop Pay. Please do rest assured that this is a security feature to ensure no one can access any of your data. You can absolutely choose to remove your phone number from Shop Pay to end receiving these texts if you wish. The opt-out form can be found right here.
