Recived wrong product

Hi sir /mam,

I am a buyer

I have ordered lovely bra and panty combo( set of 4)
Invoice number-LB20091
That was delivered by shadowfax.
Actually the problem that is occurring is that I have recieved wrong product,i.e, it is totally different from what I have ordered. And they didn't even sent me my order I'd .
Kindly resolve the above or give me a refund .
