Redirect orders from one store to another.

I have a Shopify store in the UK. I have a stocking partner with a Shopify store in the USA. Is there a way to redirect orders from my store to his when orders are placed from the USA on my store and he has stock to fulfill the order? Trying to get around the current shipping issues from the EU / UK and get product to the customers in the USA faster.
