Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello!
Everytime i try and create a Shopify Shipping Label specificially using DPD UK i keep on getting the error messgae:
"referenceId: 460884474, error message: Could not find a rate."
If i select the Evri options, these work, but the DPD option does not work. I'd rather use the DPD option.
Please advise/help!
Thanks
If you are getting an error message when trying to create a Shopify Shipping Label using DPD UK, there may be a few potential reasons for this. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check that you have entered the correct shipping address and weight for the package. The error message "Could not find a rate" can sometimes occur if the address or weight information is incorrect or incomplete.
Make sure you have set up your DPD UK account and shipping rates correctly in Shopify. You can do this by going to Settings > Shipping in your Shopify admin, and then clicking on the Edit link next to your DPD UK shipping rates.
Try refreshing the page and trying again. Sometimes this error can occur if there is a temporary issue with the DPD UK shipping rates, and refreshing the page can help resolve the problem.
Contact DPD UK support for assistance. If you are still having trouble creating a shipping label using DPD UK, you can contact DPD UK support for help. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or help you resolve any issues with your account.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi,
Yes address & weight are correct (as I said the other shipping option with Evri works).
So therefore it's an issue Shopify can't resolve, but one for DPD UK. Then basically i can't use the DPD service as it will take too long to resolve when i need to send the package out today.... hmmm. Great.
