I do understand the bill shock that can occur, especially when you are not using your store or expecting an invoice, regardless of the amount.
As your query relates to canceling your store, and you mentioned that it is an issue pertaining to sales. I can certainly do my best to help with any roadblocks that may occur if you wish to continue with your store.
Should you wish to not proceed, what you will need to do first, is close your Shopify store. Once your store is closed, you may very well be entitled to a refund, however, as this is account specific, I will just need to verify your account to confirm.
I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions about your store.
Once you close your store and reply to that email, I will look into this further for you.
