I got charged today for a basic plan on the account I could not log in to. I would like to get refund as my plan is already cancelled. I will also proceed to getting a refund contacting my bank if I wont get refund from Shopify.

As per our terms of service here, we generally do not provide refunds. However, we understand that these things can happen, so I would suggest contacting our team so that we can take a closer look at this, and do our best to accomodate.
If you ever decide to come back to Shopify, you store's data will be intact for 2 years, and you simply just need to log back in and select a new plan.
Hello, the link provided on "contacting our team" takes me on this page where I see virtual Help Center assistant and some tabs. I actually could not find any "team" or contact (email, live chat) to help me solve the issue.
Please could you provide me a direct contact to some support worker? You can also send it on my email email@example.com.

The screenshot you shared is our newly updated help center. As you can see on the right side of the page, there is a help center assistant that you can interact with. You will need to interact there first, in order to proceed to contact options for our team.
You can start by typing something like 'Live Chat' and then following the prompts. If that doesn't work, and you are still experiencing difficulty reaching out to our team, then try typing 'cannot log in' and then choose the 'I still need help' option.
I am unable to initiate any emails here from the Shopify Community, as I cannot access any of your account info. However, feel free to let me know how the above goes for you, and if you are still experiencing issues we can troubleshoot further.
