Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
A customer has contacted us to say that the credit card used was cancelled and we have just refunded their order to this card. Will the funds made to this card bounce back to us? What can we do to ensure the customer receives their refund?

Thankyou, I will ask the customer to contact their bank as it seems this is out of our hands since the refund has already been processed.
I've never heard of a case where a refund can be bounced back to a merchant. I'm not too sure this is even possible since if you are talking about credit card, the funds belong to the bank, which is likely where the funds will be refunded to and the balance credited back to the customer.
