Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear all,
I am wondering when can receive my money back, I used to be a customer with one shop that offers consultation sessions via Shopify then he apologized that he will not be able to serve me, and he promised to refund the money back.
I received a message from his Shopify account that the amount is refunded, but nothing has yet been deposited back to my visa.
Any thoughts, please
If the business you purchased from processed a refund, then the refund will take between 2-5 business days to appear back on your payment method as per your bank's processing time. Business days do not include local holidays or weekends. If you do not relieve the refund in this timeframe, then I'd recommend reaching back out to the store to confirm the refund was successfully processed.
