Refund now instead of pause

Hello!

  I tried to close my Shopify account and apparently there were multiple open, so I decided to shut them all down for a temporary time, since I don’t even know how those other stores opened in my name. I don’t know what happened, but instead of pausing my subscription, I got billed for the whole store and I am in a financial hardship and am in need of those funds. I intended to pause for this purpose, but now I’m afraid someone may have my information. Please help me get a refund. Thank you in advance.
