Hello.
I am attempting to use the AI Customer Service survey to get a refund on my Shopify account. The AI service has been nothing but unsuccessful, as I requested to close the account previously and now I am unable to get any help as the links to 'Select a Store' will not work.
There is no direct customer service, so I am assuming my attempt to close my Shopify account did not work - now I have been charged $128.00.
