I ordered from a clothing brand named envynullus. When I pressed place order It said that the card details was wrong meaning the card was not charged. I did not get a email saying the card was charged even though it said wrong card details. We went on to try it two more times come to find out that the card got charge 3 times in a total of $176.52 This is not on the brand fault they showed me that it was a Shopify error and my name was not in there order system. I am requesting a reimbursement of fund ASAP. Please someone contact me via email or phone. We tried emailing u guys at legal@legal-mailer.shopify.com but got no response
Hi, @leosmith6.
Welcome to the Shopify Community!
We're sorry to hear you experienced a payment issue with an order that you placed. To clarify, Shopify is an e-commerce platform that enables merchants to manage their online businesses. However, it's important to note that Shopify does not conduct business on behalf of merchants. This means that Shopify does not oversee any aspects of the merchant's business, including orders, products, shipping, or day-to-day activities. Shopify provides the tools and infrastructure for merchants to run their businesses independently.
That being said, was the company able to find the order on their end? I recommend the company contact our authenticated support via the Shopify Help Center, so we can take a more detailed look.
