Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a customer who purchased two items that were clearly marked as Final Sale (70% off) on 11/15/23. She processed a return via Loop Returns and was issued a gift card (this was also clearly marked). Now, over 60 days later, she is reaching out because she does not want the gift card and wants us to refund her credit card. I would rather get rid of this customer at this point, so I would prefer to refund her and move on. Is there a way to refund this now 60 day old gift card?
