Shopify is a software company that merchants use to sell their products. However, we don't handle any of the orders or shipping ourselves. It is the responsibility of the merchant to ensure that their orders are being sent out. That being said, it will be best to contact the store owners directly as they are the only ones that have the ability to see your order and take the appropriate actions. Thanks for getting back to me here. I completely understand where you're coming from. However, Shopify doesn't handle the orders ourselves. If you'd like more information regarding your order, contacting the store directly is your best bet as they are the only ones that have the ability to see your order and take the appropriate actions. Often, replying to your order confirmation email is a great way to reach them. Otherwise, I've suggested some other ways to contact the store owners above. If you're unable to reach the store or you don't hear back from them, your next best course of action would be to contact your bank or payment processor (Ex: PayPal) to see what they can do to help. Keep in mind that they usually require that at least 30 days have passed before they take any action. However, your bank or payment processor would have more information on this.
