Regular order - but I want to deliver it myself. How to fulfil?

Hi Community, 

I have some orders that for some reason I would like to deliver myself. I even gave a free shipping code to these customers, although these are NOT local delivery orders. How should I fulfil them properly not to send a notification to the shipping partner (easy DHL)? I just archived them but have not fulfilled in the admin...
