Remove country code prefix from phone numbers in packing slip

Hey there,

I have a packing slip printout that also functions as an address label, saving me a lot of effort in packing and shipping. I have an issue: Some customers enter their phone number as something like "0501234567" and some enter something like "+972501234567", replacing the initial 0 with a +972, our country code. This has been giving me problems with the post office, as their system isn't handling the "+972" prefix well and people aren't getting their automated sms messages when their package arrives at the local post office.

I'd like to edit my packing slip template to check if the shipping phone number starts with "+972", and if so replace it with a "0". Any idea how I could do that?
