Remove Country Code Prefix From Phone Numbers

Hey There, 

Is there a setting available to deactivate the automatic addition of the country code to the customer's phone number in the shipping details when an order is placed? This addition occurs even if the customer does not manually enter the country code during checkout, and it is causing complications in the subsequent logistics process.
