Remove Shipping & Add a Dropdown with Pick-up Points

We need to remove the shipping option and instead add a dropdown with a list of meeting points essentially for the customers to meet us to pickup their food. I cannot find an app to do this. I've tried creating multiple "locations" within my Shopify settings, but it makes me put my inventory in those locations and I do not want to do that.

Our app Store Pickup + Delivery is able to show different pickup locations for customers to choose from. When creating these pickup locations, you do not need to create multiple locations in Shopify. Only one default location is required.
