Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We thought we would be sending a shirt to Printful (third party online printing company) that wouldn't do very well, except it launched very successfully so I removed Printful as a location.
Now people are trying to purchase, and are getting error messages saying shipping is unavailable when they go to checkout. I got the same message on desktop, but then tried another shirt and was able to complete the checkout. How can we resolve this? Thank you.

If the issue persists, you can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or testing the checkout process on a different device to see if the issue is specific to a certain device or browser.
