Removed Printful location, now getting shippinh error

We thought we would be sending a shirt to Printful (third party online printing company) that wouldn't do very well, except it launched very successfully so I removed Printful as a location. 


Now people are trying to purchase, and are getting error messages saying shipping is unavailable when they go to checkout. I got the same message on desktop, but then tried another shirt and was able to complete the checkout. How can we resolve this? Thank you.

  1. Go to your Shopify admin and select the product that is showing the error message.
  2. Scroll down to the "Inventory" section and click on "Edit" next to the "Shipping" option.
  3. Check if the Printful location is still selected. If it is, uncheck it and select another location that is active and can fulfill the order.
  4. Save the changes and try to place an order for the product again to see if the error message has been resolved.

If the issue persists, you can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or testing the checkout process on a different device to see if the issue is specific to a certain device or browser.
