Removed Staff Account But Shopify Still Says Account Needs to be Verified

My shopify payments are on hold as a staff account needs to be verified. I have removed the staff account but the error is still there.


Do I still have to upload the ID?

Nick here from Shopify. 

Ah ok, this does seem a little odd if you've removed that staff member's account from your store. I wonder if you have the name of the staff member listed as a partner account or are you the sole proprietor? 

Once we have more information, it will help us figure out the best next steps to take for this.
