Reoccuring payment

I have a subscription based business but I want to charge customers in different increments to their deliveries.  For instance, they receive their order once a month or once every 2 months, however to give them the option to pay weekly or fortnightly.  Does anyone know of the best payment partner that offers this set reoccuring flexible payment service and integrates with Shopify?
