Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify
I am writing to report a fraudulent webshop that falsely claims to be based in Denmark but is actually a cover for a Chinese operation. I placed an order, but canceled it before shipment. Despite this, the webshop refused to process the cancellation.
Additionally, the webshop claims to operate a physical store in Denmark, but this seems to be part of their deceptive strategy. I suspect this is a fraudulent operation designed to mislead customers.
I have attempted to report this issue multiple times through Shopify’s platform, but I have been unable to do so. The process is unclear, and my attempts have not been successful, leaving me without a resolution.
I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and assistance in taking appropriate action
The webshop iswww.stilskat.com
Can you please stop this frudelnt company.
I'm a software engineer, I've checked the code and their form to report issues here:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/order-issue
It is EXPLICITLY coded so that people cannot actually report fraud. It'll just tell you that the order confirmation URL you've input is wrong, if you change it then it'll say the order doesn't exist.
A decent lawyer should make themselves a lot of money suing Shopify for this deception! They are clearly just setup to profit from online scams
