Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered a product from Galaxy Hub store from the "SHOP" app on May 11th, 2023. Even after contacting the shop twice regarding my order via email, I have yet to receive a reply or my order after more than 5 months. I tried to report an issue but I am asked to provide the order URL directly from the store's website. The problem is, that the store's website has been shut down and there is no way for me to contact them or get my money back. I would appreciate any help to get the refund.

I'm sorry to hear about your online shopping experience. Contacting the store owner would be the best course of action in this situation as we aren't involved in the day-to-day operations of the businesses we host on our platform. Since that's the case, we aren't able to follow up on orders or refund them.
I understand you have already tried to reach out to the store to no avail, so what I would suggest is to contact your bank for a possible refund. This also serves as a report so you can rest assured we'll take the necessary steps to investigate the concern.
