Hi guys, 

Earlier today shopify charged me for my monthly subscription.

I opened the store back in March on a really long trial period. 

I completely forgot that I have a trial store with a selected plan and didn't close the store.

I did not want to continue on using the store, I didn't even know that I still have the store.

I haven't the store and I am not planning too. The only reason I opened it was to practice and see how quickly it is to create an online store. 

What are the chances of getting refund back? How can I request it? 

It is not my money and I cannot afford to lose it, please help...

Could you share the MyShopify URL for the store in question? If you're unsure of the URL you can check the signup emails you would have received when you opened your account.

Perfect, thank you for that. 

Have you closed the store? Before I can investigate whether a refund is possible, the store will need to be canceled. 

We wouldn't be able to close the account in full for you here, however, you should be able to close the account as shown in this guide. Once the store is canceled, let me know and I'll send the account owner an email directly regarding this issue.

Dear shopify. I had my account open for less than 48 hours and was charged the monthly fee. I decided not to move forward and closed the store. I thought I would get a 14 day free account? It was open for less than 48 hours. Please help. The store name is unique - moriseadavis.
