REQUEST FEATURE - Add a custom Courier the courier list

It'd be great for UX to be able to add a courier to the list of the available ones and set a default one too.

For example we use TNT but the default TNT in the list is TNT.com, while we use TNT.it

We have to select - Other - and manually input the tracking URL every time.

It's time consuming and not really friendly so we end up not sending the tracking, and using the courier CRM which can do this.

The modification should allow us to : 

- add a custom courier with a custom label and custom tracking URL 

- be able to add the tracking number as a param ex myurltracking=?{tracking number}, or not, depending on the need

- be able to select a "default" courier from the list that we can assign and not having to scroll/search everytime

This will improve the UX and the flexibility of the tracking module.
