Request for assistance with online payment method

Dear Shopify Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Abdulsalam Hasan and I am the owner of, an online store based in Kurdistan, Iraq. I have recently opened my store on Shopify, but I am currently facing an issue that is preventing me from accepting online payments.

Unfortunately, in my region, there are no available online payment methods that are compatible with Shopify. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can help me find a solution to this problem. I already emailed the list which was provided by Shopify Customer Service agent which I spoke with, she was really helpful and was a very nice person. None of the service providers(payment method providers) was giving service to my region I emailed them constantly, but no use. That is why I am seeking help desperately in the hope that you will help me solve this problem

My business specializes in Men’s and Women’s cloth and Accessories such as Wallets and handbags and etc…, and I believe that having an online payment method would greatly benefit my store, as well as my customers. I am eager to expand my business and meet the demands of my customers, but without a reliable payment method, this is impossible.

I would greatly appreciate your help in finding a solution to this issue. Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation that you require from me. I am ready to do anything to make it work dear.


I have recently tried using, and while I am not entirely certain if it is the same as the Epay listed in the third-party payment provider list in Shopify, I am optimistic that it could be a viable option. I have already obtained KYC approval from them(, and my API Merchant Application is currently under review.


If there is any chance that I can implement as a payment provider for my store, I would be most grateful if you could guide me on how to proceed. I believe that with your help and support we can achieve that goal.

thank you for your response and it is appreciated. 

the thing with me is I am currently trying to find a payment method provider that would accept to give me their service to use with my Shopify store, I contacted all the the ones that are mentioned by the Shopify website.

But non accepted to give their service. 
My only remaining option would be if Shopify could help me achieve it with their help and support.
