Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I was charged INR 10,061.97 /- for a paid theme I purchased, but the theme has not been reflected in my online store. Additionally, my store account has been deactivated, preventing me from accessing or using the theme I paid for. Given these circumstances, I request a full refund of the amount charged for the theme, as I have not been able to utilize the product and my store is currently inactive.
