Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
In May 2024, I deactivated my Shopify store, ensuring that all third-party apps were removed and no further services were being used. Despite these actions, I have noticed that I am still being charged ₹2300 each month. As of now, I have an outstanding balance that I need to settle before deactivating the store again.
I kindly request your assistance in the following matters:
Immediate Deactivation of My Store: I would like my store to be fully deactivated to prevent any further charges.
Clarification on Charges: Please provide details on why these charges are being applied even after deactivation.
Refund Request: If these charges were made in error, I would appreciate it if you could process a refund for the payments made after my initial deactivation in May 2024.
