Request to Refund $7,860 as Cash – Not as Shop Campaign Credit

Dear Shopify Support,

We hope you're doing well.

We received 83 orders within just 1 hour, which seems unusual and likely a system issue.

After creating a support ticket, Shopify offered $4,860 as Shop Campaign credit.

Upon following up, the amount was increased to $7,860, still as Shop Campaign credit.

However, we do not want this amount as Shop Campaign credit.

We are respectfully requesting that this full amount be credited to our payout account as cash, not advertising credit.

This issue is ongoing, and we haven’t received a clear resolution.
