I got almost 12 orders but not showing sales and every where it was not showen why 

Hi hello i have problem in shopify application therefore i was reciving order from customer once it was showing the order details after that i cant see the order history i was went to roposo clut in that history it was showing clearly but in shopify there not showing i was tired of this issue i went customer service there is showing like this for example (Requester signature must match your full name) i was enterd my name clearly and why it was showing like that i was tried so many times please someone help me becouse i was working hard for this so i was getting trouble please teach me how to solve this issue 😭🙏

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you still need to capture the payments for one of the orders. However, we're unable to take a closer look at the rest of your orders as we don't have access to merchant accounts via the Shopify Community.
