Require email for a particular product (NOT sitewide)

I am offering a particular product that is part of a special promotion where the customer only pays for shipping. 

Because of this, I need a special rule set where name + email is required to add this product to the cart. 

From other threads, I see how to make this happen through applying shop-wide settings, but I need this to apply to one product page only.
